It is a project in alliance with Casa Random in Medellín and the organization Latinoamerican House in London. We want to generate a musical connection between two latitudes, we seek to weave creative networks to enhance the talent of musicians and emerging projects from the Colombian Caribbean through a musical production process resulting from the meeting of artists from Colombia and the UK, entitled Isla Fuerte All Stars – Mashup. We are looking for artists who are interested in remix culture, who are keen on collaborating, exploring and working on Afro-Caribbean musical expressions such as reggae, dub, dembow, cumbia, champeta, among other hybrid rhythms from the region. We seek to create innovative, high-quality artistic production to connect with international audiences.
